Some of our riders have financial barriers that make transportation fares a hardship. Your giving helps to provide fare reductions and to offset operational and vehicle costs so that we can keep our fares as low as possible. Neighbours helping neighbours — that’s what “Community” is all about!

By making a donation to Sou’West Nova Transit, you will be helping to connect residents of Shelburne County with services, opportunities, and each other! Thank you for considering partnership with us through financial support! Sou’West Nova Transit is a registered charity (824086250RR0001) and charitable tax receipts will be issued for donations.

You can direct your donation in three different ways:

Fare subsidy fund
Your donation will help provide reduced fares for riders with financial need, helping them to access essential services such as medical appointments.

Vehicle fund
Your donation will help us purchase new fleet vehicles, increasing our capacity to serve our County!

General operating fund
Your donation will help offset general operating costs, such as fuel and vehicle repairs.
